MPC Schodack History

 

Back in 1982, Noreen A. Giacone opened My Place & Company in Delmar, NY with design by Phillip J. Giacone. The Mission was to serve quality food and drink at affordable prices. From the beginning, My Place & Co. has been a favorite place to enjoy a quick lunch, a family dinner or watch the game with friends.

 

In 1999 Chuck’s Brown Derby was purchased and transformed into the second ‘My Place.’ After years of serving the community, MPC, Schodack expanded their kitchen to accommodate a growing area and added the patio you see today. An internal renovation was done during the ‘takeout only’ period of Covid. (We try to be positive and be productive at all times!)

 

We offer catering for all occasions. Ranging from BBQ picnics at your location to rehearsal dinners on our patio. We offer new flat screen tv’s with the NFL Sunday Ticket as well as Live Music, Quick Draw and Trivia Night Tuesdays!

 

Most importantly, we hold ourselves to the same standards Momma Giacone set back in the ‘80’s! Giving customers a great value in a fast, friendly environment. We look forward to serving you for the generations to come and remember, My Place is YOUR PLACE too!
